The Business Foundations Package provides the must-have documents for your specific business needs, planned together to act as a cohesive foundation on which you'll build great things! Most packages price between $2,000 and $4,000 depending on scope, and you'll approve your specific flat fee before any work begins.

I'm Tim Killeen.
I'm a lawyer in Detroit, and before launching Killeen Law, I spent my career inside organizations rather than billing them by the hour.
I was General Counsel at Waymark, an AI video startup, and I also handled much of their business operations. After that, I worked for the City of Detroit, improving processes and making government run better for its residents. I also help small businesses build and fix the systems that run their ops.
That background is the reason I practice the way that I do: I enjoy the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge to advise others in plain English. Legal language gets confusing and the legal field can be uptight and stuffy. I break down complex problems for clients in a way they understand. I empower them to make the best decisions for their business.
